In 2010, Lydia Bright launched her career on the BAFTA Award-winning show The Only Way Is Essex. Over the past 14 years, Lydia has appeared on various networks, launched the pioneering reality podcast The Brights, and proudly become a mother to daughter Loretta. In February 2024, Lydia expanded her career to become a children’s author with the debut of her illustrated book Mummy & Me, inspired by her journey as a single parent.
