Insanity is proud to announce the promotions of Helen Gleave, Issy Lloyd and Neil Ransome as part of a restructured Entertainment team.
Helen, Neil and Issy have worked together at Insanity for over 10 years and collectively have decades of experience representing television, radio and digital-first talent.
Helen, who joined Insanity in 2007, has been promoted to Group Managing Director, with overall responsibility for leading both the Entertainment team, and the wider group business. She will continue to represent leading talent including Alice Levine, Laura Jackson and the globally renowned podcast, My Dad Wrote A Porno.
Issy started her career at Insanity in 2011. Over the past 12 years she has signed, developed, and nurtured the careers of clients including Maya Jama, Roman Kemp and Vick Hope. Issy has been promoted to Director, Entertainment and also joins the corporate board of directors.
Neil joined Insanity in 2012. He was instrumental in launching Insanity’s digital talent management business in 2015 and more recently the creation of Insanity Studios. He has been pivotal in signing digital-first cross over clients. His roster includes includes Zara McDermott and Yianni Charalambous. Neil has been promoted to Creative Director, Entertainment.
