Insanity Increases Talent Representation Roster

Insanity increases talent represention roster, with the hiring of Emily Gray and Rosie Luff from Komodo.

Andy Varley, Founder & CEO of Insanity, has appointed Emily Gray and Rosie Luff as Talent Manager’s within the Entertainment team.

Both Emily and Rosie join from Komodo. Emily started her career in talent management in 2018, as personal assistant to TALA founder, Grace Beverley. Since then she has worked at Free Focus before spending almost 3 years working at Komodo. Rosie also commenced her career in influencer marketing in 2018, at summer. before moving into parent company b. the communications agency. Most recently she has spent over 4 years working at Komodo.

Emily and Rosie join with long standing clients including ItalianBach, Marvin Brooks, Hari Beavis, Georgina Lennon, Puwtok and Aimee Rose.

Isaac Smith, aka ItalianBach, is a breakout comedy star whose razor-sharp skits and relatable humour have racked up over 4.2 million followers and a 32% engagement rate across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. His viral content has led to standout collaborations with major names like Red Bull, Prime Video, Quadrant, and The Sidemen.

Marvin Brooks, a UK lifestyle creator and former Royal Navy Officer, captivates over 1 million followers with his signature blend of wellness, style, and motivation. Known for his polished content and plant-powered approach, Marvin has become a go-to collaborator for top brands including BMW, Dyson, Nespresso, and Meta, seamlessly fusing fitness, fashion, and inspiration into one standout personal brand.

Insanity has enjoyed a particularly exciting year having recently announced its certification as a B Corp – leading the way for UK talent management, production and record labels, having made a legal commitment to use business as a force for good.
